The Graduate of the Realtor Institute designation is the most recognized professional designation in the real estate industry. The designation is conferred on qualified individuals by the state association of REALTORS, with educational requirements established by the National Association of Realtors.  The coursework includes topics from marketing and servicing listed properties, contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction.
