Welcome to your property search in Lane County! As a resident since the late 60's, my in-depth knowledge of local neighborhoods and property values is an asset for people moving in or out of the area. Eugene and Springfield are centrally located in the Willamette Valley and have the convenience of both the Oregon Coast and the beautiful Cascade mountain range just an hour away. With our overall mild climate, great areas for recreation, home of the University of Oregon and Oregon Duck football team, the area appeals to most visitors. Commute time to downtown is still only twenty minutes from many outlining areas that are ten to fifteen miles away. Eugene's LTD Bus Service and numerous bike paths also make Eugene a desirable place for those that prefer commuting by foot or bike.

Real estate is one of the largest investments most people make in their lifetime and for that reason, I treat the sale and purchase of real estate as a business and personal matter. My understanding of the details and complexities of the transaction help those that I work with make intelligent and sound decisions. From the modest home to the luxury estate, no home is too big or too small to get my fullest attention.
